While the audiolgy dept are not able to offer their full regular service at the moment they can supply batteries and tubes, as well as some repairs if aids are sent to them. Please check the hospital web site for the latest information.Or contact them direct.
We no longer have a dedicated phone line so please use the contact form when you need to get in touch.
All organisations in England that provide NHS or adult social care must now follow the Accessible Information Standard by law.
This means that if you’re deaf or have hearing loss, you must get the right support to communicate well, and receive information that you can understand, when you need NHS care or publicly funded adult social care.
To help you explain to your GP what support you need, there is a template letter produced by Action on Hearing Loss.
We want to hear from you
